Conveniently located in the northeast suburbs of San Antonio at 7400 Crestway, The Army Residence Community offers easy access to Fort Sam Houston, Brooke Army Medical Center, and Randolph Air Force Base. Shopping malls, hospitals, churches, golf courses (both military and civilian), restaurants and other expected services are within easy reach.

Downtown San Antonio which offers a full range of fine restaurants, cultural activities and modern shopping facilities, is about 12 miles from the Community's gate. Near the Community is a modern shopping mall (approximately three miles away), as well as several smaller shopping areas, grocery, drug and convenience stores. The metropolitan area-wide transportation system has a bus stop nearby the Community's entrance. The San Antonio International Airport is 8 miles from the Community.
