Cottages
Clustered in garden-style architectural settings, the professionally-landscaped cottages surround the high rise main building. They range from one-bedroom/one-bath units (approximately 928 square feet) to two-bedroom/two-bath units (approximately 1,224 square feet). Some two-bedroom units are as spacious as 1,400 square feet, and each has an attached garage. Cottage residents enjoy access to all central facilities and the Health Care Center.

Apartments
Apartments are located in the Main Building and vary in size from studios of approximately 670 square feet to two-bedroom/two-bath units of approximately 1,165 square feet. Some apartments have been combined to provide expanded living space up to 1,835 square feet. Each floor of the apartment building has its own lounge, and each resident may register a vehicle for an assigned covered carport space. Apartment residents enjoy indoor access to all central facilities and the Health Care Center.
