The Priority List! The ARC maintains a Priority List of all persons who have submitted an Application for Priority, a deposit ($1,000 for a single individual or $1,500 for a married couple), and a copy of the Sponsor's Military Separation Form DD214. Upon receipt of the Application, DD Form 214 and the deposit, a Priority Number will be assigned to you. The Priority List determines the sequence by which residences will be made available to applicants. An Application for Priority allows applicants to continue moving up the list until they enter the ARC. Applications and deposits ensure your place on the Priority List ... and all deposits are fully refundable. The Waiting List! Once prospective residents have completed requirements for The Priority List, they will be placed on a Waiting List for the type and size of residence they prefer.
