VacationFull TimeAfter 1 Year80 hours vacation per year. Must have 70 hours per pay period to earn benefit for that pay period.
After 5 Years120 hours vacation per year.
Personal DaysFull TimeAfter 1 Year16 hours per year. Personal hours are consolidated with vacation hours for accrual purposes. Must have 70 hours per pay period to earn benefit for that pay period.
Sick LeaveFull TimeAfter 90 days40 hours per year. Employees may accumulate up to 240 hours of sick leave. Hours accumulated over 240 will be bought back from the employee at the beginning of the following year.
HolidaysFull TimeAfter 90 days6 holidays observed per year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Employees who work on an observed holiday will receive an additional day of pay in lieu of having the holiday off.
Part TimeAfter 90 DaysTime and one-half for hours worked on actual holiday . Example: a part-time employee who works 4 hours on a holiday will be paid for 6 hours.
Jury DutyFull TimeAfter 90 daysUp to # of work days with pay when employee pulls jury duty. Also applies when employee is subpoenaed to appear as a witness (proof of service required.)
Funeral Leave Full Time After 90 days Up to 3 working days off with pay in the event of a death in the immediate family.
Safety BonusEmployees working more than 160 hrs/qtrAfter 90 daysA total of $215 after a full calendar year more than 160 hrs/qtr of accident-free work. Bonus paid quarterly.
Life InsuranceEmployees who consistently work more than 20 hrs/wkAfter 6 monthsTerm Life Insurance. $15,000 death/$30,000 accidental death.
Medical ReimbursementEmployees who consistently work more than 20 hrs/wkAfter 6 months$650 maximum reimbursement for medical expenses per plan year. Plan year runs Dec 1-Nov 30.
Health Insurance Premium ReimbursementEmployees who consistently work more than 20 hrs/wkAfter 6 months$350 for first 5 years. Maximum increases $100 for each service year by anniversary completed by beginning of new plan year, Dec 1. Maximum $950.
Dental CareAll Employees Upon Employment15% discount off dental care when using ARC contracted dentist, Dr. Gregory Osborne.
MealsAll EmployeesUpon EmploymentOne meal per day/shift from the ARC employee lounge.
